SHIVA

The Sanskrit word "Śiva" transliterated as Shiva or Siva) Lord Shiva is known to have an extra eye, on his forehead. But he didn’t always have the third eye, it was created. One day, while Lord Shiva was lost in deep meditation, Goddess Parvati decided to play a little game with him. She sneaked up behind him and quickly covered his eyes with her hands. As Lord Shiva could not see anything, the Universe was plunged into complete darkness

The darkness affected the whole world and it began to crumble and disintegrate. There was great panic all around as no one could do anything to restore the light.

Sensing the chaos in the Universe a third eye suddenly appeared on Lord Shiva’s forehead. As he opened it, there was light in the world once again and it was saved from being destroyed.

One day Brahma and Vishnu were arguing which among them is more powerful. The same time, a massive, fiery pillar appeared. The roots and branches of the tree extended beyond the view of the earth and sky.

Both Vishnu and Brahma ran to find the start and end of the pillar. Brahma turned himself into a goose and flew to the top of the pillar and Vishnu turned into a boar and dug the earth to look for the roots. Just then, Lord Shiva emerged from an opening in the pillar. Recognizing Lord Shiva’s great power, Both Brahma and Vishnu accepted that Shiva is the third Supreme God, who will rule over the universe.

MOUNT KAILAS

Yes, surely he does. But not the way you might expect. He is not an entity sitting on top of a mountain with a serpent around his neck and Goddess Parvati as his consort. Lord Shiva is the name of that mountain itself and the nature that surrounds it, he is everywhere.
secret mountain Kailash is two lakes — Manasarovar and Rakshas Tal. They are located next to and divided among themselves with a thin isthmus of the mountains.

Water Manasarovar (translation — a lively and clean lake water) fresh. From it, you can take water for drinking and bathing. Interesting, but in any weather Manasarovar remained calm, keeping calm.

Although people have so far not been successful in climbing the revered Mount Kailash, yet the mountain strangely changes the target location to those who want to climb it. Subsequently, numerous expeditions have failed to climb its summit, as Mount Kailash changes the tracks position in the opposite direction.
